Hello!

I'm Josie Byzek, founder of Joby Studios. Currently, I am the Community Engagement Manager for Disability Pride Pennsylvania and a digital marketing consultant with Kelly’s Kitchen—two mission-driven nonprofits making life better and more enjoyable for disabled people.

This is the type of work I live for.

Before moving to Pittsburgh, I spent five years as Senior Director of Communications and Digital Experience at United Spinal Association. I grew membership by 15%, took social media reach from 50,000 to over 3 million views, and doubled digital giving from $100,000 to $200,000. I also managed sponsor relationships with partners like United Airlines, Airbnb, and Meta. Before that, I spent 20 years at New Mobility magazine, where I built my first digital marketing strategy and learned how to tell authentic stories that actually connect with people.

I led a marketing campaign for United Spinal Association that won a 2025 Anthem Community Voice Award, and I received a 2022 Eddie and Ozzie Award honorable mention for editorial excellence.

I help mission-driven organizations with digital marketing strategy and execution—without the agency price tag. You get real expertise, straightforward pricing, and together we'll figure out what makes sense for your goals and budget.
